According to the “Regulation on the Administration of Permitting of Pollutant Discharges”, where a pollutant discharger falls under any of the following circumstances before its pollutant discharge permit expires, it shall reapply for a pollutant discharge permit.

A、The construction, conversion, or expansion of a project that discharges pollutants;

B、Any change in a production and operation venue, the location of a pollutant discharge outfall, the pollutant discharge method, or destination of discharge;

C、An increase in the number of pollutant discharge outfalls, or in the type, volume, or concentration of pollutants discharged.;
