答案：Exploring the relationship among energy consumption, environmental regulation and technological innovation to provide theoretical and practical reference for solving energy consumption and environmental problems. Establishing VAR model based on the relevant data of Shaanxi Province from 1995 to 2020. Analyzing the Dynamic Relationship among Energy Consumption, Environmental Regulation and Technological Innovation in Shaanxi Province by Granger Causality Test, Impulse Response Function Analysis and Variance Decomposition and forecasting related indexes by VAR model. The results show that technological innovation is the Granger cause of energy consumption, and there is a two-way Granger causality between environmental regulation and technological innovation. Technological innovation promotes energy consumption in the short term, and technological innovation and environmental regulation promote each other in the short term. Energy consumption and patent authorization in Shaanxi Province will continue to increase, and the intensity of environmental regulation will decrease.
