This agreement or any part of this agreement shall not be assigned or transferred by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.

A、本协议或本协议中的任何一部分条款，任何一方在没有得到对方事先的书面同意之前，不得让与或转让给他人。
B、本协议或条款中的任何部分内容，任何团体不得在没有对方的书面同意之前进行分配或转让。
C、未经另一方事先书面同意，本协议或本协议的任何部分不得由任何一方转让。
D、未经另一方事先书面同意，任何一方不得转移或转让本协议或本协议之任何条款部分。
